4. Q: Can we get samples?

A: Yes, we can provide few free samples for your evaluations, but you need to bear the freight cost of samples , If you have courier account, such as DHL, TNT, FedEx, UPS etc, then we can send you samples by freight collect. If not, you can pay us freight cost and then we arrange the delivery of samples for you.

Besides, if the sample quantity is not very big, the samples can be free, Otherwise, you need to pay the sample fees, However, this cost can be deducted from your first order. 

5. Q: How long can we except to get samples?

A: For regular products, normally it will be sent out within 3-5 days, but for special or customized samples, it will take about 10-15days.

6. Q: Can we have the products with our own logo brand?

A: Yes, of course. We mainly provide OEM services for most of our clients.

7. Q: What's the MOQ of your products? Or your MOQ is too high?

A: Normally, the MOQ will be mentioned in the product description, if not, please ask for salesman. If you think our MOQ is too high, please understand that we are manufacturer not distributor, Of course, if possible, we also can accept the smaller quantity than MOQ, but the prices will be higher than usual.

A: Normally for first order, it will take about 40-45days due to there have many details need to confirm before bulk products, for future repeat orders, it only take about 30-35days. 

10. Q: What is your payment terms and acceptable payment methods?
A: Payment Terms: For new clients, we only accept 30% deposits and the rest before shipment, For old clients, we can consider 30% deposits and the rest against BL COPY.
